Welcoming new MVFers
The People Team is integral to MVF and has one of the most vital roles within the company. We welcome up to thirty people into the business each month across the US and UK offices, and it's important every person feels valued, supported and knows the opportunities available to them in their team and across MVF.
Thirty new starters a month only works if every one of them feels like they were expected.
Hiring and training
From developing innovative hiring strategies to designing our bespoke training academies, the team helps us recruit the right people into the business and supports each individual to ensure they reach their goals.
The working environment
They are also responsible for making sure that we are working in an environment that inspires innovation, drives productivity and encourages a healthy lifestyle through incredible initiatives like our healthy breakfast campaigns and our sports clubs. Their organisation and planning is the reason that MVF runs like clockwork.
