In CRM we maximise the lifetime value of our users by sending highly relevant, persuasive email messages to our list of subscribers. We manage every stage of MVF’s email marketing activity; from creative concept development to post-campaign analysis. Our role is to market our brands to existing customers and keep them engaged with our brands between purchases, and drive opportunities for additional sales.
Our team is one of the fastest-growing in the business, offering great opportunities for progression. Our team combines UX, testing and data analysis in order to understand customer behaviour and deliver campaigns that drive conversions.
We work together to deliver world-class content straight into our users’ inbox, and our division plays a vital part in retaining customers and building loyalty for our brands.
We continuously optimise our campaigns to cut through the noise and enhance our audience’s experience with our brands. We manage around 700 campaigns and run over 100 tests a month.
We send over 60 million emails a month in over 65 markets in 25 different languages.
