Finance

The finance division is responsible for monitoring the business's overall performance and managing the day-to-day accounts in order to facilitate efficient planning for the forthcoming financial year. Because we have an overview of the entire business we provide valuable insights for key strategic decisions to senior managers. Our financial controllers work closely with the commercial teams to develop contracts that suit our clients' needs.

Analytical and commercial

People in this team are highly analytical and have strong commercial acumen. In 2015 our credit division won Credit Team of the Year at the prestigious Credit Today awards, beating big brands including Sky, Microsoft and Siemens.

Legal

The legal team supports MVF through its portfolio of commercial and corporate work, both in the UK, US and other jurisdictions. The work is very broad, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, M&A, and implementing and overseeing regulatory and compliance systems.
